Order/Declutter

  • How many hours do I need to schedule?

    It depends on your needs and the size of the project. Some clients feel complete after one focused 4–6 hour session—especially for areas like closets, drawers, or small spaces. Others prefer multiple sessions for continued support, accountability, and deeper transformation. During your first session, I’ll help you determine a timeline that feels realistic, efficient, and aligned with your goals. Some clients also come in with a set budget, which naturally gives us a clear guideline for how many hours we can work with and how to prioritize the project.

  • What should I expect during an organizing session?

    We work together at a steady, comfortable pace. I help you sort, edit, and reorganize your space with intention—blending mindfulness, guidance, and practical steps. Every session is calm and judgment-free.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

    No preparation is necessary. Come as you are. I want to see your space as it is so I can support you fully.

  • Will you judge me or my home?

    Absolutely not. This work requires vulnerability, and I honor that. My role is to guide, support, and help you create ease—not to judge.

  • Do I need to buy bins or containers first?

    No. We start with what you already have. If additional items would be helpful, I’ll suggest them after we see what’s truly needed.

  • What’s the difference between virtual and in-person organizing?

    Virtual sessions offer guidance, planning, and accountability from a distance—you work during or between sessions. In-person sessions are hands-on, where we organize together in real time.

  • Will you make me get rid of things?

    You decide what stays or goes. I simply help you make clear, aligned choices based on your goals.

  • What if I’m embarrassed about my space?

    You’re not alone—many people feel this way. I meet you with compassion, neutrality, and respect. Your space is safe with me.

  • Do you travel for in-home sessions?

    Yes, within my service area. If you’re unsure, just reach out and I can confirm.

  • How do virtual sessions work?

    We meet on Zoom or FaceTime. You show me the space, we make a plan, and I guide you through each step. Sessions are flexible—you can work during the call or between calls.

  • What if I don’t know where to start?

    That’s completely normal. You don’t have to have it figured out. I’m here to gently guide you through each step so the process feels manageable and grounded.

Yoga/Mindfulness

  • What style of yoga do you teach?

    I teach alignment-based yoga blended with mindful movement, breath awareness, and weaving in other principles from meditation, Pilates, and my running background. My classes are steady, grounding, and accessible for all levels.

  • I’m a beginner. Can I join your class?

    Absolutely. My approach is welcoming to beginners. I offer clear cues, modifications, and a supportive pace so you can feel safe and confident.

  • I’m not flexible. Can I still do yoga?

    Yes. Flexibility is not a requirement. Yoga meets you where you are, and together we build strength, mobility, and awareness over time.

  • What should I bring for class?

    A yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. If props are needed, I’ll guide you through what to use.

  • What can I expect in a typical class?

    Expect mindful sequencing, attention to alignment, breathwork, and moments of grounding. Each class is designed to help you move with intention and leave feeling centered and spacious.

  • What should I wear?

    Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • Can I combine yoga sessions with organizing sessions?

    Yes. Many clients enjoy blending both to support clarity in their body, mind, and environment. We can create a plan that fits your goals.
