This can be challenging. It’s not that you can’t do it on your own…sometimes we need help. To get unstuck, to learn new ways, or simply another set of hands to help. I work with you to find flow and ease in the process.

  • Through consistent practice and personal growth, I have developed a greater sense of comfort and confidence in my own body. Yoga & mindfulness has provided me with moments of inner peace and fostered a deeper connection with myself and my community. I am eager to share the physical and mindful benefits of yoga, movement, meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing with you.

  • At this juncture, my artistic pursuits revolve around clay, photography, and cooking. Regardless of your personal definition of art, I encourage you to incorporate it into your life.

Declutter + Space Renewal

Your home holds your energy. When it feels crowded, chaotic, or stagnant, it’s hard to breathe fully into your life. My approach blends the structure of organization with the fluidity of yoga. The sessions help you create space with intention — clearing what no longer supports you and arranging what remains in a way that feels natural and nourishing.

Through guidance and a steady presence, we’ll explore what you’re ready to release and what deserves to stay. Together we create clarity, flow, and ease — not just in your home, but in your inner landscape (easing the mental noise that can come with it).

Whether in person or virtually, each session blends practical organization with the mindful awareness. The result is a space that feels lighter and more aligned.

Yoga Approach

My yoga teaching is rooted in alignment-based practice, informed by years of experience in meditation, other modalities like Pilates, Tai Chi and my early background as a runner. I guide students to move with intention, cultivate strength and stability from the inside out. Each class blends mindful sequencing, functional movement, and breath awareness. My approach is accessible and grounding — helping students build a practice that is sustainable, embodied, and deeply connected to their everyday lives.

Today, I share these teachings through yoga, meditation, mindful movement, and sound healing. And the same principles of presence, balance, and compassion influence my work in home organization. Whether we’re decluttering a room or settling into a grounding breath, the intention is the same: creating space to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected.
